The city’s much-loved outdoor community market returns for its 15th year with an extended weekend schedule, new and returning homegrown brands, local food, family activities and live entertainment.

The Ripe Market will reopen at Academy Park on Saturday, 10 October 2026, kicking off a new outdoor season and celebrating 15 years of bringing together Dubai’s local farmers, makers, small businesses and communities.
Running until 2 May 2027, the new season will see The Ripe Market open every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm, with extended Sunday hours giving visitors more time to experience Ripe from morning through to evening.
This October, The Ripe Market Academy Park returns for a new outdoor season, welcoming visitors back to the familiar weekend experience they know and love while celebrating the people, vendors and moments that have shaped Ripe over the past 15 years.
At its flagship location in Academy Park, The Ripe Market will once again bring together the elements that have become synonymous with a Ripe weekend: local produce, homegrown shopping, food concepts, children’s activities, live entertainment, wellness, sport and a changing programme of seasonal experiences.
Throughout the season, Dubai Police plays an active role at The Ripe Market with a changing programme of community-focused activations, including performances by the Dubai Police Marching Band, K9 demonstrations, displays of Dubai Police supercars, children’s activities, and appearances by Officer Amna and Captain Mansour. These regular activations have become an important part of the Ripe Market experience at Academy Park, bringing together community engagement, education and entertainment for visitors of all ages.
Across Academy Park, visitors can discover a diverse mix of homegrown brands and independent businesses, with everything from fashion, jewellery and accessories to homeware, art, beauty, gifts and handcrafted products. Returning Ripe favourites will sit alongside a new generation of local brands joining the market this season, giving visitors something new to discover each weekend.
Food remains a big part of the Ripe experience, with a wide selection of homegrown food concepts serving everything from breakfast and coffee to street food, sweet treats and family-friendly favourites, taking visitors from morning through to dinner and into the evening.
For families, weekends at Academy Park will feature a changing programme of children’s activities and experiences, alongside plenty of space to spend the day outdoors. From the petting zoo, pony rides to arts and crafts, workshops, inflatables, sports, mini train rides, carousel and more!
The market’s live entertainment programme will return throughout the season, bringing the stage to life with a varied line-up of performances, from live music and themed musical acts to magic shows and family-friendly entertainment, with talented homegrown performers adding to the atmosphere each weekend.
Visitors looking to start their weekend on a more active note can also take part in Ripe’s wellness offering, with free yoga, Pilates, sound healing and mindfulness workshops or join one of the many community sports activities available, including swimming, padel, tennis, horse riding, football, rugby and gymnastics…there is something for everyone.
As the sun goes down, the market will continue into the evening until 9pm on both Saturdays and Sundays, giving visitors more time to dine, shop and enjoy Academy Park after dark.
To mark its 15th anniversary, The Ripe Market will celebrate the people, businesses and community that have been part of its journey, with special anniversary experiences and collaborations planned throughout the season. We look forward to seeing you there!
